After almost four months of JR Late Night Pinoy Celebrity Lists hiatus, it's the best time to bring it back with a bang this month. A lot has changed with the elite group of Pinoy Celebrities. One thing stays the same, however, and that is the celebrity rising at number 1. Manny Pacquiao, the Boxing Pound-Per-Pound King, is still Philippines' Most Popular, Most Powerful, Most Influential, and Most Controversial Celebrity.
There are also new members on the list. One teen actor, who became part of the news lately, is part of the list. The controversial admirer of Angel Locsin is also part of the list. The star of Mara Clara is also a new member of the list. One surprising game changer in the list was the drop of Kris Aquino from Number 2 to Number 6. The Queen of All Media was not much a Queen during the past months in terms of News, Social Media, and Entertainment. There might be a time that she would already be saying goodbye to the list. All other 7 Members of the list are Veteran Members in the Pinoy Celebrity List. JR's next Pinoy Celebrity List would be released on June 2011, so it might be a good choice to check this out now. ;)

METHODOLOGY
The JR Late Night Pinoy Celebrities of the Month is a list based from the Forbes' Yearly Celebrity 100 List. The Pinoy Celebrities of the Month List lists the Most Powerful, Most Influential, and Most Popular Celebrities of the past and current month basing on Press, Entertainment, Web, Social Media, and Philippine Popularity. Press Rankings are based from the total number of related articles of a particular celebrity from Google News (news.google.com). Entertainment Rankings are based from the total number of TV appearances of a particular celebrity in the two known TV Stations in the Philippines: GMA-7 (igma.net) and ABS-CBN (abs-cbn.com). Web Rankings are based from the total number of blog search results (blogsearch.google.com) of a particular celebrity within the time frame of the past month. Social Media Ranking is based on the total number of Facebook (facebook.com) Fans and Twitter (twitter.com) Followers of a particular celebrity. The rank obtained in this category is always multiplied to 2 since we consider two bases in the Social Media Ranking. Another basis is the Philippine Popularity Rankings which are based from the total number of celebrity search results in Google Philippines (google.com.ph). JR's Ranking was used as a balancer in cases of ties and other situations. There were 16 Pinoy Celebrities who qualified to be part of the list but only 12 would be recognized.
