After 3 months of waiting, it is now a great time to bring back one of JR Late Night Blog's prestigious lists, the Celebrity Lists.
A lot of musicians dominated, once again, the JR Late Night Celebrities of the Month list. 2 New Musicians and 5 Veteran Musicians are on this month's edition of JR's Celebrities of the Month. Also, as of this month, one very controversial TV show superstar and a Fast Five Actor made up the list for the first time. The list is also composed of a soccer athlete, one actress, and two famous TV Personalities. Well, let's start this month's list of the Famous, Powerful, Rich, and Influential.

METHODOLOGY
The Late Night Celebrities of the April 2011 list is a list in JR Late Night Blogs which is based from the Forbes' Yearly Celebrity 100 List. The Celebrities of the Month List lists the Most Powerful, Most Influential, and Most Popular Celebrities of the past month basing on Print Publicity (Press), Media Publicity (TV and Radio), Web, Facebook Popularity, Twitter Popularity, and Worldwide Recognition. Press Rankings are based from the total number of related articles of a particular celebrity from the New York Times and the Los Angeles Times. Entertainment Rankings are based from the total number of mentions of that celebrity in Yahoo! OMG, TMZ, and E! Entertainment. Web Rankings are based from the total number of Google blog search results of a particular celebrity within the whole time frame of the past month. Another basis is the Social Media Ranking which is based from the over-all total of Facebook Fans and Twitter Followers of a particular celebrity; its rank equivalent is always multiplied by 2 since we consider two bases. Worldwide Recognition Rankings is a special basis of finding the top celebrities since it considers the total number of search results of a particular celebrity in Google for the past month, its rank equivalent is multiplied by three.
JR's Ranking
was used as a balancer in cases of ties and other situations. The ranks accumulated would them be added to get the rank score; the lower the rank score, the better the chances of getting a high rank. All in all, there were a total of 20 candidates who are probable to be part of the list but only 15 of them will be recognized.
