Since it is Last Chance Month, then JR is giving chance for all previous celebrities ranked below 10 to be part of this month's Top 20 Celebrities.

For December 2009's Celebrity 20 back to normal (no more last chance but the normal way of choosing our Celebrity 20) until January 2010 wherein we will already recognize our 2009 Celebrity 40

The Standards in Choosing for the Last Chance Celebrity 20 List Special:

1. Must have ranked below 10 in the previous celebrity lists starting from June 2009.

2. Even if a celebrity ranked below 10 in one month but he ranked in the Top 1-8 slots in at least one month, that celebrity is not qualified to enter the Last Chance Special.

Plot:

Harry's fourth year at Hogwarts is about to start and he is enjoying the summer vacation with his friends. They get the tickets to The Quidditch World Cup Final but after the match is over, people dressed like Lord Voldemort's 'Death Eaters' set a fire to all the visitors' tents, coupled with the appearance of Voldemort's symbol, the 'Dark Mark' in the sky, which causes a frenzy across the magical community. That same year, Hogwarts is hosting 'The Triwizard Tournament', a magical tournament between three well-known schools of magic : Hogwarts, Beauxbatons and Durmstrang. The contestants have to be above the age of 17, and are chosen by a magical object called Goblet of Fire. On the night of selection, however, the Goblet spews out four names instead of the usual three, with Harry unwittingly being selected as the Fourth Champion. Since the magic cannot be reversed, Harry is forced to go with it and brave three exceedingly difficult tasks. Written by Soumitra

1. Trivias

- The newspaper headline "Harry Potter and the Triwizard Tournament" was considered as the title of the fourth book

- The kids had around three weeks of dancing practice for the Yule-ball waltz. Daniel Radcliffe however, who appears in almost every scene of the entire film, thus had only four days. In several interviews he's given that reason for why his dancing is shown mainly from the waist up (to avoid showing his fumbling feet!).

- At the Quidditch World Cup, Amos Diggory says "Parting of the ways?" to Arthur Weasley, and they separate to go to their respective tents. This is a line from the book, only in different context. In the book, Dumbledore says this to Cornelius Fudge, when Fudge refuses to admit that Voldemort has returned.

- The creature Mad-Eye Moody torments in his "dark arts" class (a spider in the original script) is virtually identical to a real animal: the tailless whip-scorpion. Tailless whip-scorpions, of which some 130 species are known, fall in their own taxonomic order Amblypygi under Class Arachnida, and are neither scorpions or spiders. Though Moody avers that this one is deadly, real Amblypygids are quite harmless (though almost as big).

- A digital "spot removing" technique (which had previously been used for such TV shows as Desperate Housewives (2004)) was applied in post-production to clear up some of the more severe teen skin problems, since make-up tested poorly for close-up shots in particular.

2. Goofs

- In the waltz scene, the orchestra includes a couple of boys playing saxophones which are not actually heard in the played score.

- In the graveyard scene, Voldemort refers to Harry's mom as Harry's "filthy Muggle mother," and the term "Muggle" refers to a non-magic person, and Harry's mother was a witch of Muggle parentage. In Voldemort's eyes, this makes her no better than not being magic at all.

- During the Quidditch world cup camp scene, you can see what looks like a Niger flag instead of an Irish one. The two are similar, but the Irish flag has vertical green, white and orange stripes while Niger has horizontal orange, white and green stripes with an emblem. However, at a world cup it is only natural that there are people from several nations, not just the two competing in the final. We can also see an American, a Romanian and a Ugandian flag, amongst others, in that particular scene.

- In some scenes, there is no glass in Harry's glasses. One example is: the scene where Harry and Hermione are talking on the bridge, near the end of the scene, there is clearly no glass in Harry's glasses.

- When in the maze, Cedric uses the spell "Expelliarmus" on Victor Krum causing him to fall unconscious, when that particular spell is a disarming spell. The correct spell that Cedric should have spoken is "Stupify".
