Since it is Last Chance Month, then JR is giving chance for all previous celebrities ranked below 10 to be part of this month's Top 20 Celebrities.
In short:
December 2009 - Last 2009 Monthly Celebrity 20 List
January 2010 - Recognition of JR's Celebrity 40
1. Must have ranked below 10 in the previous celebrity lists starting from June 2009.
2. Even if a celebrity ranked below 10 in one month but he ranked in the Top 1-8 slots in at least one month, that celebrity is not qualified to enter the Last Chance Special.
Example:
On June 2009, A celebrity ranked 19
But on October 2009, That celebrity ranked 8
***That celebrity is not qualified***
3. If a celebrity ranked in slots 9-10 in at least one month, he/she is still qualified to join this month's list if he ranked below 10 in any month.
Example:
On July 2009, A celebrity ranked 16
On October 2009, That celebrity ranked 9
***That celebrity is qualified for the Last Chance***4. Newbie celebrities are not qualified for this month.(On December newbies are again qualified to join but not qualified for the Celebrity 40 2009)
